We are a student-run and operated organization that works closely with the Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive (BAMPFA) to connect UC Berkeley students with the museum and the larger Bay Area art scene. ​The BAMPFA Student Committee is a student-run and operated organization that works closely with the Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive (BAMPFA) to connect UC Berkeley students with the museum and the larger Bay Area art scene.

​Within the museum, we advocate for students’ interests by engaging with staff and the Board of Trustees. We accept applications for new members at the beginning of each semester.

The Student Committee works collaboratively within our sub-committees to organize and publicize events,  curate art and film exhibitions, publish zines, and write blogs—we ultimately work to give a platform to student artists and enthusiasts in any way we can!
